With ideas, suggestions, tips, and recommendations, the newsletter is designed to address your well-being, whether you engage in therapy or not. You can expect an average 1 email each month.
Of course, your subscription is anonymous and your email address will never be used for any other purpose. This newsletter is just my way of connecting with people who are interested in living purposefully and making positive changes.
