Individual Therapy

Therapy is about relationships — not only your relationships with family, friends, and coworkers, but the relationship that we’ll build together.

As a team, you and I will create a safe space to express, examine, and explore your thoughts and feelings. We will set goals based on what’s important to you, and tap into your inner strengths to achieve those goals.

Most importantly, a good therapist is not the one who dispenses the most advice or “tells you what to do.” Instead, they get to know you and lead you to the wisdom you already have in order to make life’s most important decisions. I believe that each of us has the ability to know ourselves deeply and lead lives of fulfillment and joy based on what is best for us as individuals.
