Consultation is available for Utah residents only.
An initial consultation costs $100. However, if you show up for the appointment (or cancel with at least 24 hours of notice), the cost will be discounted to $0/FREE. No-show and no-cancellation will be charged $100.
A consultation does not represent a professional relationship, but is designed for you to get your questions answered and for me to assess for good group fit.
All consultations at this time are offered via telephone or secure videoconferencing. No in-person consultations are available.
An initial consent form is required before the consultation can begin.
Full consent paperwork is sent after acceptance into a group and must be completed before group starts.
