Initial Consultation for Therapy Groups

Get your questions answered and join me in determining the best fit for you and the other group members.

The initial consultation is held online or by telephone only. If you sign up for an in-person consultation, the system will change it to video consultation. 

Please watch your inbox for a link to the meeting once it’s approved.

By scheduling an initial meeting below, you are indicating your understanding of the following:

• Consultation is available for Utah residents only.
• An initial consultation costs $100. However, if you show up for the appointment (or cancel with at least 24 hours of notice), the cost will be discounted to $0. No-show or no-cancellation will be charged $100.
• A consultation does not represent a therapy relationship, but is designed for you to get your questions answered and for me to assess for good group fit.
• All consultations at this time are offered via telephone or secure videoconferencing. No in-person consultations are available.
• No group participation will be finalized until consent paperwork is signed. Consent paperwork will be emailed to accepted group participants after the initial consultation.
