Initial Consultation for Groups

Get your questions answered and join me in determining the best fit for you and the other group members.

I only hold the initial consultation online or by telephone.

If you sign up for an in-person consultation, the system will change it to video consultation. 

Please watch your inbox for consent paperwork and a link to the meeting once time and date are approved.

By scheduling an initial meeting below, you are agreeing to and indicating your understanding of the following:

  • Consultation is available for Utah residents only.
  • An initial consultation costs $100. However, if you show up for the appointment (or cancel with at least 24 hours of notice), the cost will be discounted to $0/FREE. No-show and no-cancellation will be charged $100.
  • A consultation does not represent a professional relationship, but is designed for you to get your questions answered and for me to assess for good group fit.
  • All consultations at this time are offered via telephone or secure videoconferencing. No in-person consultations are available.
  • An initial consent form is required before the consultation can begin.
  • Full consent paperwork is sent after acceptance into a group and must be completed before group starts.
